Finals Week Training Schedule
Mon. 1/23 - (Beach) Tempo Run (practice from 2-4 PM)
Tue. 1/24 - (North) Aerobic Recovery (practice from 2-4 PM)
Wed. 1/25 - FINALS (practice from 1:00-3:00 PM) (Signal Hill) Hill Repeats *
Thu. 1/26 - FINALS (practice from 1:00-3:00 PM) (Bixby Park) Aer. Recovery *
Fri. 1/27 - FINALS (practice from 1:00-3:00 PM) (Poly Track) Track work (Aerobic Intervals) *
Sat. 1/28 - All-Comer's Meet (Compton College).  Arrive by 7:15 AM.  Running the 3200 followed by long aerobic run.
Sun. 1/29 - (On your own or with teammates) 30-40 min. of aerobic activity (run, bike, swim, x-train, etc.)
   *Eat “lunch” during snack (btwn finals...9:55-10:15) & then a light snack at 12:15 before 1pm practice!
