Community 3 Mile XC Run & Youth 0.5 Mile Bunny Run

Poly XC Team Time Trial & Pancake Breakfast

Sat. Sept 5^th2009 Los Cerritos Park

Athlete arrival 6:30am

Citizens 3 mile Race (& Kid 0.5 mile “Bunny” Run) 7:30am

Poly XC Team Time Trial 8am

Breakfast Starts 8:30 am Raffle 9am

All Poly “Parents” will be required to presale 20 Bun Run Breakfast Tickets / Raffle Tickets. All tickets are $5 each. That equals a $100 fundraising obligation for each athlete. All money is to be turned in at the day of the Bun Run event. Athletes that meet the $100 dollar fundraising obligation will receive a free Poly XC T-Shirt.

All Poly XC Athletes will also need to attempt to donate 1 raffle item (minimum $25 value) in addition to bringing an assigned food item (to be assigned at a later date)

All proceeds from the Bun Run event will help support the Boys & Girls LB Poly XC Programs by providing additional funds for such items as team travel, equipment, team dinners, assistant coaches and runners scholarships.

Parents, we will need your help too! Tables & Chairs, cooks & servers, there are many things you can do to help out.

WE ALSO REALLY NEED SOME GOOD RAFFLE PRIZES SO IF YOU HAVE ANY CONNECTIONS OR HAVE AN OLD GIFT CARD LYING AROUND, PLEASE DONATE AN ITEM FOR THE RAFFLE!

The food donation assignments will be different this year so we can hopefully avoid the supply problems we experienced last year; we're purchasing the batter and syrup, paper goods, and the sausage out of the proceeds. Runners will be bringing the following:
All boys - Fruit
Freshman Girls - fruit
Girls grades 10-12 - 1 gallon juice
